OUR STORY
Marcus’ passion for building started in childhood, constructing teepees and treehouses. This early creativity evolved into a lifelong career. After high school, Marcus joined a carpentry crew, sharpening his skills on site. He spent the next 15 years running a premier carpentry crew and learning the art of building from the perspective of a carpenter.
In 2015, Marcus launched Gingerich Custom Builders. Driven by a commitment to excellence, the business grew into one of the most trusted names for high end framing for some of the finest projects in Central Virginia.

Our specialized focus on quality building began at home, where Marcus designed and built a barn and home in Free Union for his family. What started as a personal need quickly evolved into a passion.
